Marsha releases a new record titled “Dear Tremaine” that is dedicated to a close friend that she lost. Around Mid-December, Canei let me hear this track and I knew it was going to hit home with a lot of people. Last time Canei and Marsha got together they created “Hope She Cheats On You”, once again they’ve created magic. Press play, and listen to this smooth groove. Enjoy.

Flo Rida, August alsina, rear view, dj mustard, Flo Rida already has a hit for the new year and it features August Alsina. This will be on Top 40, Urban, & Rhythmic radio stations. By March/April, this will be in steady rotation. With production being handled by DJ Mustard you know you’re going to have that bounce. Even though it sounds very close to the last couple of records he’s produced, I still see this record going straight up the charts and being a winner. Check it out and let me know what you think.

A few weeks ago, North Carolina native @KeithDopeMusic released a song titled “Go Girl” that got the internet buzzing. His voice initially reminded me of Tank, but Keith doesn’t look like Tank. He’s 6’3, slim and clean cut (For the ladies). After getting in touch with his team some time ago, and getting snippets of some unreleased songs, myself and Bobby Fisher dove head first into this project. It’s very R&B, with real life situations. It’s traditional R&B with most songs having the minor chords feel, maintaining true musicianship, blended with a nice bounce that will be sure to make you move. My Favorite on the project are “Lust Love”, “Owe Me”, “I Can’t”, & “Go Girl”. Most of the production was handled by up and coming producer 24/7. I advise you all to download this project and enjoy some true R&B. This guy has a bright future ahead of him and I suggest you get on to this before it’s too late. Trust me.
